Can a ref make a judgement call before a game and keep someone in spec becuase of their lag? I was held in in spec for a game and the arena message read "musashi is a laggot" (or something to that effect) instead of the normal player name added in ship number message though my ?lag didnt give me anything worse then usual (and far less then what other people in this thread are being accused of having).

Whatever the standards refs use, they should be consistent from ref to ref.
