It's not difficult to read a very through explanation that I have already provided you. Needless to say, I'm going to explain it to you one more time seeing as you cannot seem to grasp what is a very simple programming concept. I'm saying he shouldn't have even been in the fucking game. I wouldnt ever contest this. I'd say 'nice sub' and move on with it, because I've been a part of games where an extra death has come into play plenty in TWD. Its a part of the game everyone knows that. The sub delays and +1 lagouts imo came as a direct result from ignite and his PUMA squadron back in the day, who used to always run and spec (or sub) just to be faggots. At least, I remember them coming into effect right around the same time after much whining It's not going to ever be perfect and this isnt even a bot malfunction.

Ya I agree....i've played quite a few TWD games with this happening....Its not like its an unknown bug thats ONLY been around this season...this problem has been with us for years...

At the same SECOND these things happened.
1. Ease got Killed
2. Ease got specced for 10 deaths
3. Ease got subbed for Ardour.

I somehow bothered to read the majority of the posts in this thread.

My comments:

1. This should've been TWL finals (fun reading);

2. I wonder why people keep talking about the bot which specced ease at 9/10 deaths. Why do we have a fucking referee? It's up to the referee of the game to say if something went wrong during the game or not. It shouldn't matter whether this was technically possible or not. Bots aren't sacred, don't treat them that way;

3. Pascone's example of the guy getting hit in the corner was actually interesting. Ease being able to kill someone and get subbed out while he dies on other computerscreens worldwide and thus getting subbed out with 10 deaths, looks not normal. But what would people say if Ease didn't get subbed out and just ate Chuckle's shot and survived because of that? Would that be so much different? I can understand the frustration of the people on Pirates, but I do kind of think the frustration is a bit out of proportion, whether this could or should be replayed or not. Maybe this is a bit off topic but if we can live with all the eating, the lag and being respawned multiple times into an arena surrounded by enemies (instead of some sort safe haven you can stay in for a few seconds before you get +1), I really wonder why there is so much blabla over a case like this.

4. Offtopic I guess but something that makes me wonder. What if the connection of a player dies and he gets + 1 and reaches 10 deaths while it's a close game. Does that deserve a replay? Blame the bot for giving him +1, even though the player didn't spec volunteerly? Where do we draw the line?



So, in short I don't know if there should be a replay or not. But I do doubt if this case deserves so many pages full with anger.

ease there are so many ways around the bots commands that NO ONE ever before try to use and it's going to explode open like pandora's box...

People do it all the time. When a shark keeps lagging out and lags out when the terr is backed up into a corner do you think any competent a-cap is just going to sit there and let the terr die? Also switching sharks was a common practice in twbd games for TWLB qualification. You can now just !change them to a different ship and change them back. There are only so many changes allowed however so it puts a limit on what people can do. Also I just wanted to add that I respect your replies chuckle because they are not filled with 'omfg i was way better than any of you in my prime get good newbs!!!!!!!!!' such as mattey's.

EDIT: Chuckle I'm pretty sure it was 48-46 when Ardour was subbed in. Ardour has stated that he saw b4ser at -3 when he was ready to sub in, and b4ser ended the game 5-9. Almost positive that he died after ardour was subbed in.

I was giving a summary of the events without taking into consideration ardour being subbed in for a reason. Was just pointing out that even if ardour wasn't subbed in we would still be up 48-46, so my facts aren't off at all. You could argue what we did (that even though ardour didn't kill you and was 0-0 AT THE TIME he had a hand in your death) however it doesn't change the fact that we were up 48-46 and most likely would have won regardless. I personally know that b4 died BECAUSE of the sub. I'm not trying to say your squad isn't good or anything, I'm just saying I have a lot of faith in b4ser and vitja to win in a 2v2 scenario.

Your faith and word doesn't mean shit to us. And I'm not saying vitja and b4ser suck. You are just throwing theories out over and over again. And your facts are still off about the 48-46. In ur made up scenario, it HAD to be 48-47 (i mean the game ended 50-47 with neither vys nor me never getting a kill in the 2v3, so obviously). And I can personally say i died because of the sub...TWICE. I died once in suiciding you (i hope you can at least remember ur bullet that counted on me and mine that didnt count on you). and when i saw the sub i got pissed and suicided again and died out. Stupid? Yes. Meaningless? Definetly. But so has everything you said along with MIrrorrim been.

But if you are that faithfulin b4ser/vitja, I think i speak for my squad when i say we can start the replay from there

One more thing. Might, if you had won that game versus Pirates in LJ where you used the sub as well don't even sit here and tell me that you would have agreed to a rematch.

How can you assume this? I can just as easily say if this happened to me I would expect a rematch. Again, it's not about what the winner wants--it's about what's fair.

YET ANOTHER thing, for those of you saying you will try to duplicate phizey's sub TRY IT. You have no idea how lucky it was for it to happen in the first place.

I'm going to give a basic rundown of the situation around the sub since no one has done it yet. It was 4v3 in our favor, and then I killed Mattey out while simultaneously Burnt died. It was then 3v2. I ran past chuckle, shot him, and was then subbed out of game/died. It was then 2v2 with a score of 48-46. B4 died while laughing at the sub, score 48-47. Chuckle then died out, 49-47. I'm pretty sure b4serman and vitja would have beaten vys with 3 lives to 1 anyway.

But you are a little mistaken in your facts. Yah it was 4v3 in your favor. Mattey and burnt died around the same time?...I think so. BUT it was NEVER a 2v2 becuz ardour was in the game. That is what this whole dispute is over. Ardour played a hand in killing me. He also was the one to box vys in 3v1 AND kill him. That whole part about b4serman/vitja beating vys with 3 lives...if you can make that claim I might as well make a ridiculously unfair statement and say I know vys and I would have won in a fair 2v2 if ardour was out.

There is no REAL TIME on the internet, every single one of us is lagging. If Ease was hit on his screen (which he undoubtebly was). The death should count. Does anyone disagree with what I'm saying (that isn't on Thunder)?

There is no "he should have already been subbed out" bullshit. He got hit on his screen for a reason... THE SHOT HIT.

Edit: and I agree with the seeding caveat that creature added. If everyone agrees to this can it happen? We better play Thunder in the first round otherwise we won't have a chance to beat them, because they will lose to whoever they play since they are grossly overrated.

Everyone lags. That's a fact. Even the bots lag. Even those who live next to the server have lag. Even Australians lag (mr. Sherlock Holmes here!) -- even I lag by "eating bombs" when they miss me (pixel dodging) or "I die when a bomb misses me" when the bomb actually hits me.. barely.. stupid prox hax!

He got hit on his screen. He died. A replay would be more than fair. What does Thunder has to lose? Nothing, that's what.
