What if I posted a picture with the word 'cracker'? Would that be racist too, even though half my family is white? The other half of my family is black, so how was my other post racist?

I don't understand your motivation. I would think your attempt to point out staff's hypothetical hypocrisy (I'm not saying there is a hypocrisy, btw) undermines the african american cause.

There's an understood greater tolerance to racism towards whites, due to their centuries-long consolidation of power, wealth, and authority. And anyway, it would still be racist to go around calling Izor a cracker for being a the racist shitbag he is.

I never said anything about holding past sins over anyone's head, I was talking about whether or not the majority of white people have had a past in which they were opressed. The closest thing I can help you get an idea of what I am talking about (ironically) is white people automatically being labeled racist just because of a comment or two. Most white people aren't that racist, or ignorant or hateful, yet in still a comment said in jest can be taken for something totally different- so you have alot of suburban whites who are afraid to even joke around about that stuff due to backlash. Said white people these days are usually really sensitive about not being racist and try to show how PC they are to compensate. It's just the same with blacks and the N-word, or Jewish people being called " greedy jew". You don't want to be labeled as something you aren't, just because it's the popular thing to do.

A prime example being affirmative action. Are there really fucked up libs out there that honestly think letting intellectually inferior students in a school to meet a quota helps the system?

You have people of all colors, genders and walks of life trying to cheat the system, but I see your unfounded hate towards other races in your other posts, so I don't really find it surprising that you skip over anything negative white people have done (executives that shaft millions of people with families out of jobs to get fatter wallets, life about being disabled to life an easy life, having multiple kids and not getting a job to live off welfare- yes whites do it too) and see something minorities use as a prime example.

And I havent heard any jews whine about the holocaust during my life. Even with their tendency to whine and complain, they usually are reasonable people for the most part. Theres a big difference between people keeping alive the memory of what their ancestors went through to mourn it and using it to get pity out of everyone.

Again I wasn't talking about whining, or even Jewish people mentioning the holocaust, I was referring to why those names are offensive to them (their past).

Usually blame is from the people that can not get ahead in there job or life & need to blame there failures & a poor excuse of a life on someone else, be it relegion, culture, color or whatever.

The people that complain about others due to there race, culture or relegion, are usually the people that are the racist bigots we live with today, not the people they are pointing the fingers at!

1) None of my fuckin business, what do you think of marriage where both male and female have a hight that ends in an odd number? i.e. 5'7" and 5'11"? if one person has some idea about preserving races and no marriage and then person 2 wants to marry someone she loves outside of her race, person 1 doesnt apply at all to 2. 2 does what she wants, 1 can do what she wants. if 1 wants to force it on people we might as well all cease to exist and it would be worse than any scenero 1 has in her head that she fears about a race being extinct or something. genetic engineering will allow anything we want in the future anyway

2) You cant tell if an attribute like that is because of cultural influences or a genetic tendancy. If you could switch brains and be 10 blacks, 10 whites, 10 jews, 10 asians with your own memories and then see how your mind state and consciousness feels on average with each of them, that would be interesting. There could be slight differences, i dont know.

I do admit that I lost my cool with him (still need to work on that), but I don't see how you think this can't be an topic that you can learn from. So what if they play subspace? All subspace players aren't 14 year old kids that like to spew cuss words, but I thought you would have realized that by looking at 99% if the replies in this topic. I've already learned stuff from a number of posts, and had ideas/notions that were running in my head solidified by other peoples opinions. I'm not trying to recover anything, simply explaining to him why I disagree, trying to help him see another view of it and moving on. I know I let loose a few bad comments here and there, but point out where I've shown a lack of ability to use reason? Or maybe you think I've now lost all cool, and can't continue to post- quote for me some part where I've flamed him.

You think what I've done here is bad? Look up a few posts of mine from a year ago, and then think twice about what you'e talking about. lol funny topic..i'm not racist ( due to being married to a white women).. but as far as white people..for the most part i don't like/associate with them due to (my experience) with them.

i didn't grow up around white people so my thoughts of white people were real stereotypical (corny, age bad, smell like wet dogs ) whatever..

1. but yea the interracial thing is cool

2. you grow out of it..depending how you were raised you'll have different streotypes for people

4. for me it would be i'm more proud of my country and the people who've made it in the united states. plus it pisses you off if you're for example a puerto rican and a white guy might see you and assume you were mexican,. but why would he think you're mexican? because thats all he knows and is too ignorant to find out who you really are and where you're from
