Well acualy sex is not healthy, not only caz you get Aids, but your blood presure rises. A high blood presure is the cause to a lot of dangerous problems with your body.

The first point is pretty much taken care of with protection, but the second point is totally unbased as far as I know. Getting an orgasm might even lower blood pressure.
