I just find it odd that you're holding some woman in the middle of nowhere (who is not compelled by any law, man-made or natural, to give candy to anyone) to a higher standard of accountability than the future leader of our country.

For clarification, I never said "destroy" in reference to property, only "violate". There is a key difference, which is why "littering" is illegal nation-wide and in many instances, "toilet papering" is a specific crime as well. Crime is not on some subjective sliding scale - just because littering isn't arson or murder doesn't mean it's not a crime. Law in America was structured in defense and protection of private property, held to be "self-evident".

edit: I should say, the reason I'm picking at this so much is because these days, thanks to the perversion of law and the role of government, if something like this halloween cunt gets national attention, then there opens up the possibility that within a year, Congress passes a law forbidding homeowners from discriminating in who they give candy to on a "national holiday", or some such bullshit. In the old days one could let such comments slide, but these days, any moron (not you, but the pundits who bitch about this, for instance) might see something like that and think, "there oughta be a law!". I'm not attacking you, you just happened to voice an opinion I disagree with.
