Without that place or one like it operating they'd have absolutely no income at all. Isn't a shitty job better than being homeless? Fast-Food establishments and the like aren't messiahs by any means, but it's that or nothing for a lot of folks. You can't have jobs without someone creating them, and it's either make-work jobs, or private enterprise. You can try to make a better workplace with regulations- higher minimum wage, benefits, etc., but just laying taxes on the rich isn't the answer.

Your whole scenario has nothing to do with how much the rich are getting away with in terms of tax cuts, and to illustrate how much, look at this-

Do you really think that extra $58,000 went to the employees? I highly doubt it went to anything remotely related to a business employing workers, unless it was an asset that would generate the rich more income over time. These tax cuts aren't to "get back at the rich" or any shit like that, it's business, plain and simple. The top percentile has been getting more tax breaks and I can bet you 90% of those people are not letting those good graces trickle down to their employees. So they're the only ones benefiting from lower taxes, when the money that could have been acquired (let's use that 58k) could have been used to further educate blue-collar workers in an effort to raise up their management ladder or improve their options, gone to schools to pay for better equipment, gone to hospitals for the same thing or even gone to improve some roads and highways.

You're right, taxing the rich isn't the only answer. But who told you it was? It's simply the beginning, wiping up the mess that's been made in the past 8 years.

P.S. you probably dont even know that the LA Times is hiding a tape of Obama with more of his radical ties. Why? Because based on what you think about no one saying shit about Biden none of the sites you look at would report on it. Kinda like CNN and MSNBC right now
