I did like McCain's proposal for housing issues, but it's improbable that it'd go through (like Obama's healthcare too for that matter).

The tax thing needs to come back and bite McCain in the ass. He keeps bringing up Obama's 94 votes to 'raise' taxes. Well factcheck.org completely disagrees, stating that out of those 94 votes, possibly 11 were for higher taxes -- and only on those making a million dollars or more. His cuts are for 95% of Americans -- a number which seems to not kill McCain's "94 votes" arguement when it should stomp it out like a flaming bag of poo.

Well first off the socialized healthcare that obama is supporting has already failed in Canada, what makes you think that American politicians are going to be able to run it any better, especially our current ones? And McCains housing proposal was a disaster, despite him showing his age last night he also just pissed off his base, (me for instance) by proposing the throwing of MORE money to be spent on this shit. I would have been happier if he had said "these people need to take personal responsibility for their actions, they were stupid for buying houses they couldn't afford"

As for the 95% of Americans thing.. you are a moron who doesn't read between the lines. Right now 60% of legal to work age Americans pay taxes, under Obamas plan only 42% will pay taxes, that means the the top 58 percent is going to have to cover the lower 42%'s taxes. Now considering that the top 10% of Americans pay 90% of the taxes in this country and can't really be taxed that much higher, the middle class is going to be paying even more to these lazy welfare wastes of space. Besides what the hell do you think is going to happen to small business's when they are taxed to shit and back, they are going to FIRE employees, and they are going to RAISE prices on products, basically Obama's economic strategy leads to the downfall of the middle class, small business, and INFLATION of the US dollar. Do your homework liberal douche.

Big example: Obama goes on to talk about how if we know where Bin Laden is in Pakistan, we're going to go kill him with or without the approval of Pakistan. McCain's turn comes up and he says "Obama says he'll invade Pakistan". His turn ends, and Obama interrupts Brokaw to say "I feel i need to follow that up". He eventually gets to, and says "I did NOT say I was going to invade Pakistan. I said ..." Queue the next answer from McCain: "Obama said he'll invade Pakistan..."

Was McCain just not listening to Obama while he was talking, or does he think that the audience wasn't listening? Because it's fucking retarded to say he said something he didn't, when he said it like 2 minutes ago. On top of that, after he refuted it, McCain repeated himself. He might be able to fool some people with tactics like that, but I find it extremely patronizing -- I just heard him say the opposite 2 minutes ago, twice.

I think Obama supports allowing NATO forces to move in and around the Pakistan boarder which Pakistan believes would violate their territorial integrity and be a threat to their people, in reality the boarder between Afganistan and Pakistan is not administrated or controlled by Pakistan itself. I think they've given up trying to root out the extremist in the area and having that limit placed on NATO forces trying to eradicate them is limiting our ability to stabilize Afghanistan.

America can't pull out of Iraq immediately, there needs to be some sort of system in place to insure the people can run the country themselves. Lowering the amount of troops and replacing them with Iraqi police is the first step. Anyone who says leave Iraq now is a fucking retard and doesn't realize you'd let the country fall apart if you left without some system in place.

I've lived in government housing, and I've seen people that really need it and people who abuse it. I'd argue there's a large majority of both, which is shocking to think that people live on the streets because some asshole abuses government assistance.

You're right about the whole gay marriage issue, it's not a big deal to me. Maybe you're uncomfortable being around gay people, I really don't see the issue, it's how I was raised. I think our environments and parents influenced in two separate ways, one never told us it was wrong and the other probably did.
