What do you look for in a squad?

I look for a squad which is active but don't pester you to play in a TWD every hour under the sun, as I have other things to do. Good chat is very important

I would like to find a squad who is looking for the intrinsic enjoyment of pulling a group of disparate people together into a well functioning team.

A squad who expects each person to have a good level of loyalty and commitment from it’s members and asks that each player gives their best. A group of mature people who, although they may have widely differing opinions about various things, is tolerant but disciplined. A squad that strives to win at this team-orientated game, but understands that simply throwing some decent players together doesn’t guarantee a excellent season. One that understands that leadership and communication are the key to a great squad. A squad where egos and penis size don’t matter, but rather where emphasis and value is placed upon being a considerate and reliable team member.

True for me too. Sure, I'd like to win and I joined initially because it was one of the top basing teams at the time. But I've found more in this squad, where less emphasis is put on winning games nowadays.

That's the only reason I join squads in the first place. It would beawesome if the squad you were in was also competitive.

I look for the attitude with the squad members first as well. I have to agree with whiterabbits. They are the shiznit fo sheezy..

If I have a problem with someone's attitude I would just try to avoid any confrontation that will lead to someone's feeling getting hurt, (NOTE: This shouldn't happen because it's just an online 2D spaceship game)

I play everyday, but I am USA east coast, so I am online usually around 8:00PM EST. My ?usage is scary, something over 5000+.

I play terr, shark and spider and the squads I have been in since Nov. 1998 are Cripples, Disoblige, Shriek, and Mambo.

I would like to think inc is a pretty fun squad. We have nice and cool members, now the vacation is over we are starting to get more active. just too bad we had no squad to play against last night. But anyways, there is almost always someone online, Well I am always online but not always here . But we have funny and cool members, we are quite competitive.. and when zerz comes back in a couple of weeks we will get more active and better I think. Well, thats just my opinion.

I just like a squad where you can have a good and funny conversation, shake your load off from the rl stuff. Have some fun, but people who you can ask serious things to if you need. Its always good too have an active squad. But A rather have a cool and fun squad then have a really competitive squad that is only focused on winning.

personally i found sk8 never to leave again, simply because all the ppl who i get along with are here. So i guess it matters more to find friends in a squad then to look for one with big skill but too many egos and stuff.
