I completely agree with disqualifier. All finnish subspacers are probably going out on sunday (except the kids from plade :]) and this is why i'd like syndicate vs -final- (TWLB) to be postponed. I know for sure that me or kawrae are not going to make it (Raspi will probably be missing too). -f- will probably be missing their top lineup and syndicate will be lucky to show enough spiders and most of all, a terrier for that LB match. If you want a competetive match, you should postpone this match.


Or just play all our matches on saturday :turned:

Edit: Like others said, TWL has been postponed before for holidays. Why couldn't twl be postponed for this?

I think an acception should be made, considering it isn't the pre-season anymore, and this is -F-. If it were any other squad that had been created within the last year I'd say suck it up, but this will affect all the older squads more then the others. Sure we don't usually postpone matches for holidays - why not start being a little more constructive to make for a more exciting twl.

If there were lots of norwegian players in a squad in SS, and it were 17.mai (Norways national holiday), not a single soul would be on that day. I'm sure its the same with the finnish holiday.

Making all the games on saturday would be the best solution though. Or ask the Twl staff to stop being nerds and postpone it.

You guys are missing Disq's point. He's just saying that TWL has no built-in structure for postponing games. The only way to do it is to go through TWL ops and ask for an exception or whatnot. Doesn't something like this come up EVERY TWL?

Just put in a rule saying that squads will be able to postpone 1 game during the regular season if the other squad agrees. Holiday problem solved.

Actually TWL has always had a way of finishing games if we ever needed to postpone them. In this case I don't think TW and TWL Staff are willing to give special consideration to any minority group as we didn't delay for easter or other more Western holidays.

If we did allow people to pospone their games then the season would drag out 12-13 weeks long and good luck calculating who plays in the finals unless you want finals in week 14.
