(kind of a bad pic), but yeah, keep your abs tight during the entire movement. move slowly and breath out when you raise your feet. pause when you have them up before lowering and paus when before you are moving them up. if the above picture is too hard, simply tuck your knees in, if it's too easy, straighten out your feet and lock them like that.
