I don't get why this is such a secret. Just put some trancparency on it, and people will MAYBE understand (if its reasonable).
In fact, we all just get to know and see how the zone is dying. For 6 hours straight everyday (probably US times at night/early morning) pub is totally dead and hosting events gets like 3 people. Frustrating.

And regarding the learning curve... yeah, some people do have it easier, like Engineers. Other people grind relentlessly at the keyboard for a long time to get on a level where they can actually compete (like me!). So blatantly disregarding any idea that TW has a learning curve is incredibly dumb. Some people click fast, some people take their time, and some people will never get it and are best off stuck in pub and elim. I was like that for a while until I decided over the last couple years to knock that shit off and actually make an effort to get better. I went from nobody to TWL starter. There ya go.

Ye I got good really quickly on this game, infact too quickly, I was a nobody dropping ridiculous scores against these so called vets, it took a while for me to get noticed by any top squad. But bare in mind I put like 7 hours a day into getting good. I was dueling the best players in all aspects of the game and speccing them to find my own style.
I read before about people mentioning about shit talkers in pub, infact that J12-burst kid actually kept me playing public, because that fag would have a killed macro lettim him know he owned you and telling people if they killed 5 times in a row and he'll stop his macros and when I killed him 4 times he'd specm
