I just find it odd that you're holding some woman in the middle of nowhere (who is not compelled by any law, man-made or natural, to give candy to anyone) to a higher standard of accountability than the future leader of our country.

You're again trying to derail from the point I was trying to make. Instead of talking about Obama or McCain, I was specifically talking about how she's bringing politics into a holiday that is centered around giving candy to little kids, and refusing to give candy out based on something the kids cannot control- their parents affiliation. I don't care about who she supports, I don't care how you try to link it to the accountability of the president of the united states, it's quite simply about her refusing to give out candy to little kids based on something they cannot control. For clarification, I never said "destroy" in reference to property, only "violate". There is a key difference, which is why "littering" is illegal nation-wide and in many instances, "toilet papering" is a specific crime as well. Crime is not on some subjective sliding scale - just because littering isn't arson or murder doesn't mean it's not a crime. Law in America was structured in defense and protection of private property, held to be "self-evident".

I don't think he even deserves a trial. We take him to court, find him guilty and then place him in our jails so that the victim's family can support him for the rest of his life. That's BS. Now you have to remove your bias of "OMG THE INHUMANITY TOWARDS CHILDREN". Lets consider her giving out candy essentially a restaurant. She gives out a service (chocolatey goodness) for a price she deems fit (free if you have a costume and are under 16). She is herself a private entity that can choose who to serve and who not to serve. You may say this is discriminatory, but there is nothing in the law that says such. Will there be in the future? Probably, and that is sad because at the rate our freedoms are being restricted we are going to be retarded drones. She is in no way out of line legally and she fully has the right to serve whomever she pleases.

Now I have the feeling that this is going to get thrown back at me with the whole "well if it was none of this race gets candy then people would be up in arms, same concept!!!!!". Well its not, so please don't even go extreme and go there.

To be quite honest isn't she actually keeping the spirit of Halloween alive? I mean it is called TRICK or TREAT(ing). Those who had coinciding views got a treat and those who did not were tricked into thinking they would get a treat. Also this could very well start me on a rant about how I hate rewarding kids in particular for mediocrity, but I will refrain.
