Cloakers Ruining TW. Not "Balance"

Ineed, it's a part of this game. It's been a part of the game for longer than you or I have, even combined. It'll continue being part of the game long after we're gone for good, too.

its a fluke that just got much worse, in the past 6 weeks or so, or whenever those nasty changes were made. i dont care how fuckin long its been a part. you dont keep something that makes a game less fun. you certainly dont make it worse. ESPECIALLY something like cloakers who are what i explained so many times above. this thread is 4 or 5 flammers, if this thread were more players youd hear differently. no one comes on this forum. go ask 15 people if they have ever been here and most likely youll get 15 NOs. so it wasnt too good an idea to post here

i choose dont play. i already go in for like 30 seconds and go out right away. i will only Drive an LT now and then. thats one fun thing that cloakers very rarely interfere with. but it will only be one thing to do, so every now and then. otherwise id just be playing and getting hit so much, that it makes you think every second about getting hit. its like you have the habit of actually anticipating it and thats all you think about instead of playing. sucks bad.

its like trying to watch something you are really interested in on TV and every few minutes the TV shuts off on you and and counts down from 3.0 to 0.0 and turns back on and starts the clip all over haha. really fuckin sucks

What kind of stupid-ass X do you know. That's like the best part of using a weasel is to kill the LT after the lev has attached. It's harder, sure, not that that has stopped people from doing it, successfully.

Also, I liked how you ignored half of my previous post because it pointed out the real number of ships that have -some- form of defense against X whether an actual meager defense or not. (7 of 8 ships have ways that can fuck up an X pretty easily, including 4/8 of 1 hit/near hit kills and 4/8 ships that can also happen to see it while it's cloaked).

The real key to having fun in a pub arena, is accepting the fact that you're already dead. Just like in war, you're already dead, so stop being afraid of it or let it upset you. As long as in between deaths you can help hold people off the flag, or pull of some nice moves/nice shots, what exactly more can you ask for? It's not like you can "win", which is part of the appeal of TW pub basing to me. Constant neverending 24/7 war. That's awesome.

i can see where your coming from tone, x's are annoying when your trying to base,
however you cannot just eliminate them alltogether.
how i see it is this. Weasles seem to be the same problem as Levs were, and how did they sort that out?
have a few arenas where weasles are not allowed in, this would encourage serious basers in that arena and the players that just want a nice fun game can go to other pubs

that would be my solution anyway.
