He presented a theory and didn?t have to roleclaim anything. He hasn?t put any results out that made any kind of a difference. He came out 2 days later and suddenly he knew who ixt had targeted day 1, and he also threw a nonsense claim in about Rodney because it was a safe bet that nobody would be able to refute it. Well, they have, and it fits right in with my results almost perfectly, because the fact that Rodney is not mafia is absolutely mind boggling to me.

Here are the options. There are 8 people left. We?re operating under the assumption there?s 5 town 3 mafia. Mislynch today makes it 4-3, need to pray for a night save to have a chance. I?m going to investigate either Exalt or Field tonight to get my guaranteed guilty result and end this naive debate. I don?t know how on earth you guys have bought Exalt?s claim (hats off Exalt, honestly), but you?re not going to believe my results tomorrow anyway.

Basically, the only chance we win is you lynch me today, see I?m telling the truth, pray somehow the night kill fails, and work through my list starting with either Exalt or Field. It?s a win win for me, either town wins because of this, or the game ends tonight and you townies realize how fucking stupid you are for getting duped on a claim like this.

Paul and Exalt are both town. Their claims are both true.
Voth and backwards are scum.

Because Paul is an Insane Cop, and that's why a cop's existence is more likely.
He investigated voth N1 and backwards N2. Got innocent on both. Since he is insane, his results are actually guilty on both. Below I will post my thoughts on why I think this theory of mine makes sense.

I should first reiterate that I believe halp's roleclaim and think this phase the vote should be between: voth, Exalt, backwards, the_paul.

Voth - Believes tp is scum, supports NL but wants to lynch tp. He accuses tp of begging for a NL, and in the same post he claims his support for a NL. ????? Voth then slips up by revealing his preconceived knowledge about the setup, the_paul's sanity, and the_paul's likely future result on halp. He attacks paul saying that tp wants another night to investigate halp and claim a guilty result on him the next phase. You can find it in the post below:

I am pretty sure the only reason that Paul has not rolled over yet is because he wants another night phase so he can bullshit a claim that Halp is scum, his investigation said so.

I think now Jessup is the last scum along with Paul and Backwards. Rodney came up with a pro town idea for the two trains to be the two assumed scum.

By the way Jessup, you are literally horrible at this game even with Paul coaching you.

His scumlist: Jessup/the_paul/backwards. He attacks paul again saying latter is dancing around Exalt's points, and then brings up a point I made about tp being a groupie to reinforce his arguments. Scum LOVE to quote townie players to reinforce their own points.

Backwards - The first post backwards makes on D3 is to bait out town PRs. He follows it by more n1 flavor text and asking dumb questions about something he just read.

Night kill analysis is very important in mafia, but it should be done privately and on a notepad. If you find something, you share it in the thread. Only scum or newbies question out in the open. And I think you are doing this to bait out town PRs, because you are scum. A townie should NEVER ask about town PR actions.

Backwards then writes a whole lotta bullshit. This isn't fucking twitter, dude.

His only game-relevant posts are a roleclaim by him:
-Black Widow - Vanilla Townie (I call bullshit)
-Vote on Voth and call for a tie

I am pretty sure he is scum because he is not contributing and keeps giving excuses left and right. I understand real life, but if you have real life then worry about real life and write when you can contribute. You're actively wanting to appear like you're contributing without actually contributing anything. Regardless, when we lynch voth and prove he's scum, we will know that you are scum too.

Having said the above, my vote will remain on voth because it makes the most sense (see his slip up):

A few other thoughts about rest of the players:
Exalt - I think Exalt is town. All his posts actively contribute to pushing the game forward, and he is pursuing a town victory. However, while his attack on tp is from a town-mindset, I think it is misguided. Voth slipped up and we should punish him for it. That and the way the fis train was formed to save his ass.

Rodney - playing like a townie all game. On D3 he makes two key townie movements:
-Questions Jessup about her lack of opinion on tp and backwards, and how her playstyle changed.
-He also questions backwards on his lack of opinion on tp/Exalt's conflicting claims, which is another reason backwards is scum. Backwards is voting for a scum, so when voth is lynched and flips scum backwards can later point to his vote and claim it makes him townie.

I agree with his scumlist of Jessup/backwards but I think he's also misguided in voting tp. Consider the possibility that tp is insane cop for a second, and think about voth's slip up.

Jessup - You've been playing scummy all game. I gave you benefit of the doubt, but now I think your role was purposefully put into the game as mafia mirror in order to confuse townies and reveal the cop's name so early in the game. And I think you're very mad voth took advantage and attacked you in order to make himself appear townie. Not to mention that your scum lists are all very likely townie players. I mean, you have halp on there. And Exalt. What? I think you are the 3rd mafia.

The only names in both my theories and Field?s are Voth and Backwards. I have no idea what to think about Exalt, but one more night of investigations from me should answer any questions about my sanity. So while Exalt and I have our mafia rivalry, I would remove him from the list in this scenario, and say today should be between Voth, Backwards, and myself. There is the chance that I am right, one of the 2 is godfather and exalt is scum, we pick wrong between Voth/Backwards and we still lose.

I also can?t wrap my head around who #3 would be in this scenario, but this game has given me a huge headache
