    eggs and spam omelet

This is a quick easy thing I used to do in the dorms. You'll need a george forman grill.

ingredents: about 2 large eggs, some chunks of spam, salt/pepper, tobasco sauce.

    1) Flip the grill over, so the top part faces the bottom. Easiest if you have a smaller grill. This is so the bottom holds the eggs in place.
    2) place spam chunks/slices on the grill for a bit, so theyre kinda browned
    3) Add the egg, it can be scrambled or if theyre not scramble them lightly when theyre in the grill. Close the bottom of the grill on the mix.
    4) wait until egg is completely cooked. Season with salt/pepper/tobasco sauce.

It tastes pretty good imo. Plus you can cook some toast on the forman before the eggs and make a omelet sammich. For those days on the go.

Pusher, if those recipes are really yours, then take me as your apprentice.

    --Blanke's Scrumptious BlancMuffin--

1 english muffin (If it's not split in half already, split it with a fork and try to avoid making too many crumbs)
    1 egg
1 slice of cheese (processed american works well)
1 or 2 slices of deli meat (sausage would work extremely well too), i prefer turkey
1 slice of a medium tomato, about a 1/4 inch thick (or 1 cm)
1 slice of a medium onion.
    Olive oil
    Salt and Pepper for seasoning

    1. Heat up the pan, and begin by cooking the onions (be sure to add olive oil, or whatever oil you have on hand) until they're nearly caramelized.
    2. Take them out, add oil as needed, and put in your egg.
    3. Toast your english muffin.
    4. Depending on the level of "doneness" you like your egg yolk, readd the onions if there's room, the tomato slice, and the deli meat when the egg yolk is to your liking. I like it a little runny because it adds to the flavor and texture.
    5. Season all the ingredients in the pan.
    6. Stack the hot ingredients onto the toasty egg mcmuffin: egg, cheese, meat, tomato, onion,

Devour with nice, big cups of milk.

WARNING: You will be extremely full if assembled correctly.

I'm still trying to perfect this; I make it every sunday morning (or i'd like to as a tradition). Give me constructive criticism if you tried it and think there's some way to improve the BlancMuffin.
