    Stuffed Pizza Bread

    You will need:
A package of Pizza Dough (or 2 how ever many u are feeding)
    Pepperoni ( ALOT!!! $$$$$)
Shredded Cheese (usually the mix or orange and white stuff is good)
Sausage (as much as u like)
Green/ Red Peppers (i dont like them but, some people do)
1 Beaten Egg (it doenst go inside dont worry)
Anything else you like on pizza

    Cook
The Sausage and Peppers will need to be cooked before being added, do not cook them all the way thru because they are just going back into the oven, just enought where they are edible.

    What to do
Take all of your ingredients and put them on the table so u dont have to run around to find them. Flatten out the Pizza dough so that it is Lengthy but not as wide, about 10 inches X 4 inches. Take the cheese first and put a nice layer down the Middle of the bread leaving about 1/2 inch on each side empty so u can roll it up later. You do not have to use all of the cheese, the preferred amount is about half of the cheese you were planning on using. After you have the Cheese layed you can start putting your other ingredients ontop of the cheese, Use the rest of the cheese you have to put on the top of the bunch. After all the ingredients are placed roll the pizza dough up tight so it looks like a grinder, take a sharp knife and cut slits in the dough on the top, about 2 inches apart, do not cut too deep though, its ok if some of the ingredients do leak out. Put the Roll onto a sheetpan that has been Buttered/Pamed/cooking sheeted make sure that the bread does not come unrolled, take the beaten egg and with a brush or whatever u use, brush the roll with the beaten egg, Now just place the pan in the oven!

    In the oven
Bake at 350 Degrees for about 15-25 minutes or until cheese is melted or bread is golden brown

    The Finish Line
Take out the finished Stuffed bread and cut it at a Slanted angle into peices. Serve and enjoy ^_^ And dont forget to think Damn AoS this is off the heezy

pasta with eggs, cheese and salt

Cook your pasta(any pasta, as long as it's not the normal thin-strawed spaghetti and tagliatelli)
put it in a microwave-resistant bowl.
add eggs(for 3-4 pers, take 4 eggs) and stir till the pasta is all covered in egg
add lots of cheese(just shredded(?dunno the word) cheese)
put in the microwave until the cheese is nice and molten(all nice and sticky)
    add salt if you want

    most importantly: eat it

2.Cut each tomatoes into medium chunks.
3.Pour the oil onto the pan, swirl and heat.
4.Add eggs and scramble until some of the eggs are brownish
    5.Add tomato chunks
6.Mix and allow to cook under medium fire for 2min
    7.Add sugar and mix contents

    Green Pepper Soup

(from the cookbook "Fabulous Fat Free Cooking")

    1 med onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
4 medium green peppers, coarsely chopped
    1/2 teasp dried marjoram
2 14 oz cans of low-sodium chicken broth, defatted
    1/3-1/2 cup instant potato flakes
    1 tblsp worcestershire sauce
2 tblsp chopped fresh parsley (dried works fine)
1/4 teasp hot pepper sauce (tabasco sauce)
2 cups fat-free liquid creamer or evaporated skim milk

    1. Coat a large no-stick pot with no-stick spray. Add onions and
garlic. Saute over medium heat for 4 minutes, or until translucent.
(Add 1 or 2 tblsp of water to the pot if onions start to stick). Add
the green peppers, thyme, marjoram, and 1 cup of the broth. Simmer for
12 to 15 minutes or until peppers are tender.

    2. In a blender or food processor, puree 2 cups of the soup mixture.
Return to the pot. Pour the remaining broth into the pot. Cover and
simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

    3. Add 1/3 cup of the potato flakes and cook, whisking for 4 minutes,
or until thickened (Add 1t o2 tblsp more flakes, if needed, to
thicken). Stir in the wor sauce, parsley and hot pepper sauce. Add the
creamer or milk. Season to taste with pepper and salt (if using). Cook
for 3 minutes, or until soup is hot. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Makes about 10 cups

    Per 1 cup:
    .2g fat
    .1g sat fat
    68 cals
    2 mg cholesterol
    133 mg sodium
    6.7g protein
    9.9g carbs
    1g dietary fiber

It was kind of weird the first time I tried it, but each bite kept getting better and better. Now it's my favorite soup. I usually sprinkle in a little salt before eating. Sometimes I'll shred some colby jack cheese and drop it in and let it melt before eating.

    Yummy++ :up:

Reviving a dead thread, weeeeeeeeeeeee n.n

    Ok...here goes.

The Magiest Chicken Parmesean( sp? )

    This is actually really easy.

    Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breasts( thighs are a lil on the small side )
Parmesean cheese( brick or powder )
    Bread crumbs, preferably italian
Chedder, mozerella, jack and any other cheese you might prefer
    Speghetti sauce

First, cut a hole, preferably lengthwise into your chicken breasts to make a "pocket"
Stuff an assortment of cheese into the chicken, though do not tightly pack
Fully coat in speghetti sauce then bread crumbs
Place on baking pan or cassarole dish and bake in oven from 15 - 30 minutes at about 450, depending on how done you want them
When they are done, take them out and cover with more speghetti sauce and cheese and enjoy!
